The WJG-2500 rotary-wing fluidized dryer is used to process 2.5t/h of sludge from the sewage treatment plant. The initial water content of the sludge is about 80%. After drying, dehydration and sterilization, the final water content of the sludge is about 30%. After drying, the sludge is in the form of small particles of 1-10 mm. The sludge is directly transported to the pelletizer and mixed with the crushed straw, then pelletized and then burned in the boiler. The heat source of the sludge drying system comes from the 250℃ flue gas waste heat before the boiler air preheater. The tail gas enters the cyclone separator for solid-gas separation. The separated solid fine particles are recovered, and the exhaust gas is desulfurized by the boiler Dust removal system is discharged after treatment. This system is embedded in the boiler system and uses the waste heat of the flue gas produced by the boiler to dehydrate and harmlessly dispose of the sludge of the municipal sewage plant. After drying, the sludge is mixed with straw and pelletized to form biomass fuel for resource utilization.
