Using WJG-1000 rotary wing fluidized dryer, the evaporation water volume is ≥800kg/h, which is equivalent to the wet mud volume of 2.1t/h, the moisture content of imported coal slime is ≤60%, and the moisture content of slime after drying is ≤30%. The sludge of the printing and dyeing plant is dried and dewatered using the waste heat of the flue gas of the 4 million calorie boiler. After the drying and dewatering, the sludge enters the boiler for incineration, and finally achieves the purpose of harmless treatment and resource utilization of the sludge.
