The WJG-2500 rotary-wing fluidized dryer is used to dry and dehydrate the urban sludge from the Tengzhou No. 1 Sewage Treatment Plant and Tengzhou No. 2 Sewage Treatment Plant with a moisture content of 75% to 80%. The sludge is treated every day 100 tons, the final water content of the sludge after drying, dehydration and sterilization is about 25%. After drying, the sludge is in the form of small particles of 1-10 mm. The sludge is directly transported to the coal conveying belt and mixed with raw coal to enter the boiler for combustion.

The heat source of the sludge drying system comes from the 340℃ flue gas before the air preheater of the power plant boiler and the 120℃ flue gas after the electric dust removal. The tail gas enters the cyclone separator for solid-gas separation, and the separated solid fine particles are recovered. The exhaust gas enters the desulfurization system of the power plant and is discharged after treatment.
