Shandong Zaozhuang Yongan Township Constructed Wetland Ecological Restoration Project Magnetic Levitation Wind Energy Aeration Biological Oxidation Process Project
The magnetic levitation wind energy aeration project (construction) of the constructed wetland ecological restoration project in Yong'an Township, Shizhong District, Zaozhuang City, with a construction scale of 3×104m3/d. Effectively purify the Yongan tributary of the Yicheng Shahe River, the river water flow through the magnetic levitation wind energy aeration biological streamer treatment section to achieve COD degradation 156kg/d, NH3-N degradation 39kg/d.
According to the requirements of the construction unit, after the river water flow passes through the magnetic levitation wind energy aeration biological streamer treatment section, it generally requires 0.7~1.2Kg of oxygen to remove 1Kg of BOD5. According to the ratio of air to water, the aeration system’s air demand is generally designed to be no less than 6~7 :1 is appropriate.
The model of wind energy aeration device is YHFB3-7, and the gas output:
1). When the wind speed is 2m/s, the gas output of each device is 0.09 cubic meters/minute, the gas output of 24 hours a day is 129 cubic meters, and the oxygen output is 38.7㎏;
2). When the wind speed is 3m/s, the gas output of each device is 0.18 cubic meters/minute, the gas output is 258 cubic meters in 24 hours a day, and the oxygen output is 75㎏;
3). When the wind speed is 6m/s, the gas output of each device is 0.54 cubic meters/minute, the gas output of 24 hours a day is 777 cubic meters, and the oxygen output is 231㎏;
4). When the wind speed is 10m/s, the gas output of each device is 0.6 cubic meters/minute, the gas output of 24 hours a day is 864 cubic meters, and the oxygen output is 258㎏;
5). The gas pressure produced by this device is adjustable from 0 to 0.8Mpa;
6). When the wind speed exceeds 12m/s, the device protects itself from damage by means of tail swinging.
